London, 4 August 2026 – Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited (“Accredited”) and Hellenic Hull Management (HM Insurance Agencies) Ltd (“Hellenic Hull”) are pleased to announce a new delegated authority partnership covering Hull & Machinery, ancillary marine risks and Marine Cargo.

The agreement establishes Hellenic Hull as Accredited’s first dedicated MGA partner for these classes and marks Accredited’s strategic move into specialist ocean marine underwriting.

Accredited, an insurer with an AM Best Financial Strength Rating of A- (Excellent), selected Hellenic Hull following a detailed review of the company’s underwriting expertise, claims capabilities, governance, market relationships and long-standing track record in managing delegated marine insurance business.

Hellenic Hull has been active in marine insurance for more than 30 years, with a particular focus on Greek and Cypriot shipowners, together with selected international business. Under the agreement, Hellenic Hull will underwrite a targeted portfolio of marine risks on behalf of Accredited, subject to agreed underwriting guidelines and individual risk assessment.

The partnership brings together Accredited’s experience in building long-term relationships with specialist MGAs and Hellenic Hull’s established marine underwriting, claims, governance and distribution capabilities.

Marco Hensemberger, Head of Specialty and Business Development at Accredited, commented:

“Accredited’s business model is built around long-term partnerships with specialist MGAs. Hellenic Hull’s depth of marine expertise, established distribution, integrated claims capabilities and disciplined underwriting approach made it the right partner for our first dedicated Hull & Machinery and Marine Cargo program.
